企业安全伦理的缺失，损害了企业的道德人格形象，威胁着人的生命健康权利、企业本身的生存和发展、整个市场秩序以至整个社会的和谐稳定。传统文化的仁爱伦理精神，主张 仁者人也 、 仁者爱人 、 忠恕之道 、 克己复礼 、 杀身成仁 等道德思想，可为企业安全伦理建设，提供新的借鉴和启发。
