Abstract
消费主义是西方发达国家的生活方式和价值观念。在这种消费观盛行了半个世纪后的今天，我们面对的是消费主义带来的“困惑”和“回报”。“困惑”是：更多的消费并没有给人们带来预期的精神满足和有意义的幸福生活。回报是：更多的消费正在给地球造成深重的灾难。要摆脱人类面临的生存困境，我们必须重新选择我们的消费价值观。这就是：建构适度性消费伦理，摒弃消费主义。
