Abstract
在西方国家，新闻自由的主体是传媒的所有者，言论自由的主体是个人。当传媒的工作者发出的观点或报道与传媒所有人发生分歧时，传媒工作者个人的言论自由不得不服从所有人的观点，否则面临解雇。这是西方国家新闻体制中难以解决的固有矛盾。
