Abstract
"El Concilio Vaticano II hizo alusión expresa a la responsabilidad que incumbe a los esposos: «los esposos cristianos [...] glorifi can al Creador y tienden a la perfección en Cristo cuando con generosa, humana y cristiana responsabilidad cumplen su misión procreadora» (GS 50). A esta misma responsabilidad se remitió Pablo VI en la Humanae vitae: «el amor conyugal exige a los esposos una conciencia de su misión de “paternidad responsable” sobre la que hoy tanto se insiste con razón y que hay que comprender exactamente» (9). Posteriormente, Juan Pablo II en la Familiaris consortio, refi riéndose al Concilio Vaticano II, hizo alusión a «la transmisión responsable de la vida» (32)". ["The Second Vatican Council made express reference to the responsibility husbands: "Christian spouses [...] can glorify the Creator and strive to perfection in Christ when with a generous human and Christian responsibility fulfill their procreative mission "(GS 50). This same responsibility Paul VI in Humanae vitae forwarded "the conjugal love requires in husband and wife an awareness of their mission of "paternity responsible "on both today and rightly insists that we must understand exactly "(9). Later, John Paul II in Familiaris Consortio I refi laughing Vatican II, made reference to "the responsible transmission of life "(32)".]
