Abstract
"El presente trabajo presenta un panorama del problema de la corrupción en Iberoamérica, y expone cómo, a partir del nuevo milenio, el tema de la ética pública ha venido cobrando importancia en foros, congresos y conferencias. También han aparecido Códigos de Gobierno así como iniciativas en torno a lo que se denomina instrumentos éticos de aplicación práctica" ["This paper presents an overview of the problem of corruption in Iberoamérica, and how from the new millennium the theme of public ethics has been gaining importance in forums, congresses and conferences. Also, it have appeared government codes as well as initiatives considered in what is called ethical instruments of practical application"]
