制度运行伦理作为制度伦理的一个重要方面，其与制度设计伦理是有所不同的。它 本身包含着的价值原则和道德基础与和谐社会具有同构性与一致性。作为和谐社会构建的主要 组成方面，和谐社会对制度运行伦理的价值诉求体现在三个方面：社会结构层面——合理、政 治层面——民主、经济层面——公平正义。 [As an importan t aspect of the in stitutional ethics, the ethics of in stitutional operation is different from the ethics of institutional design. As the harmonious social construction's main composition aspec, the harmonious society on the road system running on the value of demand reflected in three areas: the social structure - reasonable, and the political level - democracy, economic dimension - of fairness and justice. ]
