Abstract
“杭州飙车肇事案”在短短的几天时间内引发了社会舆论的广泛关注，使得这起交 通事件演变为一起社会公共事件，并对司法审判形成不同程度的舆论压力。互联网信息时代，舆 论监督司法已出现了新的局面，一旦事件引发公众“情感沸点”，网民就开始自身“设置议 程”，新的网络民意引发主流媒体关注然后继续在网络上形成更大的民意，这种螺旋式的舆论监 督方式已成为近期常态。如何看待这种新的变化并把握其特点，对在新的媒介环境下寻求舆论监 督与司法公正的平衡具有现实性和迫切性。
