Abstract
"Este artículo plantea una aproximación a los debates actuales acerca de la existencia de derechos postmortem y la consecuente, o no, posibilidad de daño del cuerpo muerto. El posicionamiento que se asume es a favor de la existencia de derechos por lo que se trabaja, posteriormente, la relaciones entre comunidad/derechos y consentimiento/cuerpo muerto. Finalmente se ofrece un listado de acciones que pueden considerarse violatorias dicha especial clase de derechos" ["This article presents an approach to current debates about the existence of postmortem rights and the subsequent possibility of damage to the dead body. The position assumed in the article is in favor of the existence of this special kind of rights so it works the relations community/rights and consent/dead body. It concludes with a list of actions that are considered violatories of postmortem rights"]
