"La Declaración conciliar sobre la libertad religiosa ha suscitado notabla expectación en amplios sectores del pueblo cristiano en España. Y esto se explica tanto si se tiene en cuenta el estatuto jurídico español de las minorías no católicas, como el sistema de relaciones entre la Iglesia y el Estado, condicionado por el hecho histórico y sociológico de nuestra unidad católica" ["The Council's Declaration on Religious Freedom has raised notabla expectations in large sectors of the Christian people in Spain. AND This explains whether you consider the Spanish legal status non-Catholic minorities, such as the system of relations between the Church and the state, conditioned by the historical and sociological fact of our Catholic unity"]
