Abstract
传媒自由既是一种权利又是一种理念。传媒自由理念本身就预设了其价值合理性 及道德责任。但是，随着市场经济大潮的冲击，当前的传媒自由已经背离了自由的真实含义，忘 记了自己的道德责任。因此，传媒伦理问题不可避免地成为了学界与社会关注的热门话题。传媒 伦理学从某种意义上说，是研究如何运用普遍道德原则和道德规范去解决传媒领域中存在的道德 问题，并在此基础上形成传媒职业道德的学问。作为一种规范的传媒伦理具有两个向度，一个是 自律的个人德性的向度；一个是他律的传媒制度伦理的向度。因此，传媒伦理建设也应该围绕着 这两个向度展开。
