Abstract
"En este estudio se defiende la dimensión teleológica de la naturaleza, y por tanto, la estrecha relación que existe entre un sujeto y su cuerpo, tanto en el ser humano como en todo el mundo viviente. Antes de llegar a esa conclusión, se exponen diferentes teorías (contractualistas, ambientalistas, biocéntricas, ecocéntricas, cosmocéntricas...), fruto del ya antiguo dualismo antropológico, cuya nefasta consecuencia es la desencarnación de la subjetividad humana. Todas conducen a una visión reduccionista y cientifista del cuerpo, al partir de la ambigüedad existente en la relación entre el sujeto y su cuerpo. Se proyecta un planteamiento epistemológico de esta relación, buscando que el desarrollo de la biotecnología y su aplicación en las intervenciones sobre la vida, pueda suponer un progreso biojurídico y bioético, sin despreciar el ámbito idóneo de estas disciplinas". ["In this study the teleological dimension of nature is defended, and therefore the close relationship between a subject and body, both in humans and throughout the living world. Before reaching this conclusion, different theories (contractarians, environmentalists, biocentric, ecocentric, cosmocentric ...), the result of long-standing anthropological dualism, the unfortunate consequence is the disembodiment of human subjectivity are exposed. All lead to the reductionist and scientistic body, from the ambiguity in the relationship between subject and body. An epistemological approach of this relationship is projected, seeking the development of biotechnology and its application in life interventions, it can be a biojurídico and bioethical progress without neglecting the ideal field these disciplines".]
