Abstract
Current China is be placed a period from planned economy to market economy transition, practice on transitional economy bring upped the challenge for traditional planned economy ethics and modern market economy ethics. Practice on transitional economy call the economic ethics of transition. The economic ethics of transition is an essence of Chinese traditional ethics culture and modern ethics culture, and is ethics of a kind of the pivot of past and future. At present we should act occupation ethics as strategy pointing in transitional period, from economy, education, law, management etc. in many ways synthesize the propulsion transition the economy's ethics developments.
