Abstract
公民的道德就是围绕公民权利义务关系，反映公民对待个人与国家、与社会、与他人 关系的道德观念、价值取向、行为规范等。公民的道德教育离不开法律的支持，这是社会全 面发展的迫切需要，也是道德教育的必然。从公民道德教育中法律支持的必然性展开分析，给 出了公民道德教育中法律支持的表现与特点，最后提出了法律支持道德的途径。
