Abstract
In this issue of New Routes: Editorial: In the late 1990’s New Routes presented perspectives on conflict transformation in the Horn of Africa region. In 2007, there is a peace agreement in Southern Sudan and a good number of returnees. There is a transitional government in Somalia, although under fire, and there is a “cold peace” between Ethiopia and Eritrea. It is easy to forget the progress....
