Abstract
动物权利话语是现代合理多元主义的结构特征，是后现代生态文明的合法话语。本文从同情理解的角度系统阐释了汤姆?雷根的强式动物权利论和玛丽?沃伦的弱式动物权利论，揭示了动物权利论的局限及其合理诉求，认为只有认真对待和严肃思考动物权利话语，我们关于人对动物的责任的伦理观念才会变得澄明起来。 Animal rights discourse is the structural characteristic of modern rational pluralism and one of the legitimate discourse of post-modern eco-civilization. From the perspective of sympathetic understandings, I systematically elucidate Tom Regan’s strong version of animal rights and Mary Anne Warren’s weak version of animal rights respectively, uncover the limits and legitimate value appeals of them, and point out that we can only clarify our duties to animals though taking and reflecting animal rights discourse seriously.
