Abstract
科学伦理学是科学、技术与社会（ STS ）学科的重要组成部分，也是科技哲学和一般伦理 学的分支。它是 20 世纪下半叶，人类社会开始进入高科技时代以来出现的新兴领域。高科技 的一个本质特点是对社会和自然的影响力空前强大，它既可以促进社会高速发展，又可能导致 人类和社会的毁灭。因此，人类迫切需要伦理规范的指导和约束，以使高科技真正能为人类造 福。科学伦理学就应运而生了。
