The author argues that youth is a citizen who has an important role in changing the nation or referred to as agents of change. Education in Indonesia should not only emphasize on IQ, but also must teach about emotional intelligence (EQ) including integrity, honesty, commitment, vision, creativity, mental endurance, wisdom, justice, and trust.
