The author states that the spirit of polygamy in Islam, based on Al-Quran, Hadith and practice of Muhammad, is humanity and helping each other. In some Muslim countries as Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Somalia, they have different law of polygamy.
