Dakwah is widely interpreted here as the dissemination of Islamic values for maintaining Islamic values on Earth. So the Dakwah in this writing does not mean formal, like the da’i who preached on the stage of the study. Here, dakwah is defined as the spread of Islamic values in the context of the public including the realm of humanity, nationality, and culture. As a cultural artifact of Islam, Kudus Tower is the most beautiful proof of a strategy of dakwah culturally. That is, based on the cultural paradigm putting Islam substantially, as a culture. In this situation, the Islamic dawkah was not iconoclastic nature: the destruction of a local icon. Otherwise, through “the breath of the virtues” of local communities.
