The author shows that any religion conflict which occurs in Indonesia is accumulation of national problems in transition era that happen in local area. The factors of politic, economy, and social culture are the main problem behind riot and the conflict. In the context of Ibn ‘Arabi’s reconciliation approach, the author concludes that according to Ibn ‘Arabi, the reality in the universe with many varieties and plural is the sign of Almighty Allah.
