Globalization, carrying with it various institutional changes, has created tremendous diversification in the organization cultures throughout the world. Through this empirical study, it is perceived that corporate cultures can be analysed and moulded according to the strategic plans of such organizations. The idiosyncratic traces of a region or of a country involving ethics may still be observed and apply in the organizational culture and also affect the strategic plans as a whole. This essay makes some elementary proposals on how to avoid the repetition of the recent catastrophes and financial scandals in world-wide major conglomerates.engWith permission of the license/copyright holdercorporationsperformancecultureglobalizationEconomic ethicsBusiness ethicsLabour/professional ethicsDeveloping ethical corporate culturesConference proceedings
