It is supplemented by an administrative and financial report. 2. UNRISD has continued to provide a forum for dialogue among policy makers, donors, scholars and civil society organizations through the organization of workshops, seminars and conferences on themes related to its programme of work. As part of its contribution to the Second World Assembly on Ageing, UNRISD organized a two-day conference on Ageing, Development and Social Protection in Madrid in April 2002. At the conference, papers were presented addressing the dynamics and challenges of population ageing in contexts of rapid social change and crisis, as well as policy responses to population ageing through formal social protection mechanisms and informal care. During the reporting period, a conference report was prepared and will be published in early 2003 in English. French and Spanish translations will follow. The full set of papers is being brought together into an edited volume."(pg 4 )engWith permission of the license/copyright holdersocial market economyCommunity ethicsLifestyle ethicsSocial ethicsSexual orientation/genderEducation and ethicsEthnicity and ethicsMinority ethics[UNRISD] Progress Report By the DirectorPreprint
