The approach of the ethical matter is not arbitrary because the business practice infers the manifestation of values owned by the people developing that business activity. Due to the magnitude of changes, some theorists affirm that the social, moral and ethical values of the industrial society of the middle of 20th Century suffered a deep break. The changes in history are tied to a powerful conscience of the kairos that is being experienced. In consequence, the ethics in a changing world has to be understood as the kairos ethics. “The ethical values of businessmen and professionals in a country (as well as other’s key social actors) are part of its productive resources. If these values drive the investment, honesty, technological progress and social inclusion, they will be real assets; but if the quick and easy profits, corruption and lack of scruples prevail, the country progress will be jeopardized". Solidarity should not be just a matter of moral admonition, it should also include solutions of economic interest .
