Concomitantemente, ausculta-se as decisões das Convenções Gerais acerca desse assunto. Privilegiando os elementos constitutivos e fatores internos e externos que propiciaram a organização na forma hierarquizada que essa igreja assume, enfatizando análises sociológicas das especificidades da estrutura religiosa pentecostal. Propõe-se ainda analisar este sistema de governo à luz da concepção foucaultiana de poder. O conflito e a luta pelo estabelecimento e manutenção do poder/dominação, bem como, o estabelecimento e a manutenção da autonomia das mulheres fazem das relações de poder no pentecostalismo uma das categorias centrais da análise deste artigo" ["From a historical and sociological rereading it is intended to describe the design of women's ministry within existing power relations in Brazilian Pentecostalism, especially in the Church Assembly of God.
