EU’s CDM waste disposal projects, owing to its obvious benefits from sustainable development, is favored by the Chinese corporations nowadays. Chinese enterprises can kill three birds with one stone by it: economic development, social improvement and environmental protection. This article is an empirical analysis on eight randomly chosen CDM projects, using the MATA-CDM-China model. The research shows that enterprises can gain economic benefits in short-term, and fulfill its responsibility at the same time.
