Some studies about the momentum of history became the evidence of the nationality role of NU. This was started from the determination of Indonesia as the dar al-Islam, jihad resolution, the determination of Sukarno as wali al-amri al-dharuri bi al-syaukah, the elimination of seven words in Jakarta Charter until the acceptance of the single principle of Pancasila. This role is certainly contained subjective values, however the fact that NU and Indonesia as the two entities that are always tangent is the thing that cannot be denied. Therefore, the nationality role of NU could understandably have no small contribution to the journey of the history of the nation of Indonesia.indWith permission of the license/copyright holderNationalityNahdlatul UlamaPoliticsPolitical ethicsEthics of lawRights based legal ethicsGovernance and ethicsCultural ethicsCultural/intercultural ethicsReligious ethicsSpirituality and ethicsMethods of ethicsGeneral and historicalPolitik Kebangsaan Kaum SantriJournal volume
