Japanese military occupied Gorontalo without military attack or bombing. This factor because influence of co-operation with Government Supreme Direction of Gorontalo (PPPG). Cooperation does not exist for long time after the Japanese military PPPG dissolved. Gorontalo residents had experiencing hard times to Japanese military rule. These conditions lead to the rejection of community leaders and criticized the Japanese policy. Those who refused were arrested to eliminate its influence in Gorontalo. Research issues to answered is how Japanese policy and its impact PPPG and Gorontalo society.
