The method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative descriptive method, with survey technique, recording and interview. Assess the level of environmental damage by scoring method and pollution index. The result of the research is to determine the type of environmental component damage in the form of land change, loss of soil shoots, loss of vegetation, loss of ground fauna and aquatic biota (fish), livelihood changes, lifestyle / behavioral changes, and social conflicts. The extent of damage to abiotic and biotic components in nickel ore mining activities in the area of research falls into the category of severe damage.
