The problem that often arises in dual career families is their gender ideology in society, particularly regarding to gender stereotypes of work and the gender distribution of labor. Therefore, gender relations in the family career that can be built through a gender partnership are equal and equitable between husband and wife, and children, both men and women in performing all the functions of the family through the division of roles and labors, both in the public, domestic and social realms.
