The shift occurs due to the globalization era that has changed the orientation of the spiritual institution which does not merely focuse on spirituality only but also on material benefit orientation. This research applies the globalization and co-modification theories to depict the shift process and what really happens in the spiritual institution and to find out the influence and response of TNKB vis a vis globalization era which has weakened TNKB. Nevertheless, the influences of globalization era bring about disorientation for TNKB that is from being sacred into profane. This shift is supported by the co-modification practices that exist in almost all of the institution activities.indWith permission of the license/copyright holdernaqsabandiyah mysticism orderspiritualityprofaneSacredCultural ethicsCultural/intercultural ethicsReligious ethicsSpirituality and ethicsMethods of ethicsTheological ethicsPhilosophical ethicsCommunity ethicsEthnicity and ethicsDari Sakral ke ProfanJournal volume
