From the terms, it seems that there are two dimensions that will be realized, i.e. transcendental and secular dimensions. Religious behaviors or religiosity should be able to meet basic needs, i.e. the need for meeting religious goals of contributing the life of religiosity. The evaluation of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) should be addressed professionally and proportionally. It means that the evaluation should run in the manner of giving any kind of solution to get into good result of learning. There are three assumptions should be underlined in the IRE learning process: student, learning, and instructors.
