This has been a question of personal inventory regarding my own development both spiritually and ministerially, as it seems that life has revealed myself foremost as a teacher in spiritual gifting and to spiritual oversight in calling. Every few years it seems that through the process of ministerial experience and development, I have learned a few new things about ministry, which for the most part has naturally been in the areas of leadership, teaching or shepherding.
