Based on documentary and fieldwork materials, this paper begins with the history of Christianity in a traditional popular spot, Taogu Lisu Village in the North Yunnan, and presents the decline of Christianity in modern social context from the internal and external perspective of religious life. In the end, it analyses the reasons of the decline of Christianity from the dimensions of believers, religious organization, and social context.
