Abstract
"Para a elaboração deste trabalho, inicialmente realizaremos um breve relato sobre a história recente da saúde pública suas políticas de atenção, visando demonstrar que nas últimas décadas, o entendimento do processo saúde-doença sofreu diversas alterações do ponto de vista prático- teórico, e por maiores que tenham sido estas alterações, as relações de poder, imanentes ao processo relacional da clínica, permaneceram, com a mesma estrutura, ou seja, o poder sendo exercido verticalmente de quem trata sobre quem é tratado. Para proporcionar um possível desvio a essa "racionalidade hegemônica", propomos como alternativa, o fortalecimento dos Sujeitos envolvidos na situação terapêutica e o investimento em sua autonomia, o que amplia as possibilidades de novas formas de produção de subjetividade a partir de uma reformulação ética da atenção em saúde. Desta forma, nos apoiaremos em construções teóricas de alguns ícones da Saúde Coletiva no Brasil, buscando estabelecer um diálogo com a filosofia genealógica de Michel Foucault" ["In this work, we shall first present a brief report about Public Health recent history and its care policies, aiming to show that in the last decades the health-disease process has suffered several changes from the practical and theoretical point of view and, no matter how great these changes have been, power relationships, interfering in the relational clinic process, has remained with the same structure, that is, power is used vertically from the one who treats over the one who is treated. To offer a possible alternative to this hegemonic rationality, we propose strengthening all subjects involved in the therapeutic situation and the investment in their autonomy, which enlarges the possibilities of new forms of subjectivity production from an ethical reformulation of health care. With this object in mind, we shall be supported, on the theoretical construction, by some icons of Public Health in Brazil, in a dialogue with the genealogical philosophy of Michel Foucault"]
