Abstract
"Recientemente, los arqueólogos descubrieron en Jerusalén un amuleto (talisman) con el nombre divino. Aunque el nombre de Yahweh aparece más de 6.800 veces en el Antiguo Testamento, ésta es la primera vez que se encuentra escrito en algún objeto en Jerusalén. Las cuatro letras del tetagrámaton, (palabra compuesta de cuatro letras) YHVH están escritas sobre un pequeño amuleto de plata enrollado. Gabriel Barkay dirigió las excavaciones auspiciadas por la Universidad de Tel Aviv. Participaron voluntarios de Israel y otras naciones" ["Recently, archaeologists discovered in Jerusalem an amulet (talisman) with the divine name. Although the name Yahweh appears 6,800 times in the Old Testament, this is the first time that is written in an object in Jerusalem.
