Abstract
"Ο σκοπός του AA1000APS (2008) είναι να παρέχει στους οργανισμούς ένα διεθνώς αποδεκτό και ελεύθερα διαθέσιμο σύνολο αρχών για την πλαισίωση και τη διάρθρωση του τρόπου κατανόησης, διακυβέρνησης, διαχείρισης, εφαρμογής, αξιολόγησης και επικοινωνίας της υπευθυνότητάς τους. Οι Αρχές Υπευθυνότητας AA1000 προορίζονται πρωτίστως για εφαρμογή από οργανισμούς, οι οποίοι αναπτύσσουν μία υπεύθυνη και στρατηγική προσέγγιση στη βιωσιμότητα. Οι εν λόγω αρχές θα βοηθήσουν έναν οργανισμό να κατανοήσει, να διαχειριστεί και να βελτιώσει την επίδοση που αφορά στη βιωσιμότητά του.
