Abstract
"En el prólogo al libro de Hugo Blanco, Nosotros Indios –que recorre grandes páginas de la historia de su país hasta llegar a la esperanza del Chiapas mexicano en 1994, al Foro Social Mundial que abre el milenio en 2001, y adentrarse en los significados depredadores y mortificantes del neoliberalismo actuales– Norma Giarraca describe su trabajo como una muestra de la fuerza del orden colonial en los países andinos pero a la vez de la potencia de estos pueblos que marcan siempre senderos de rupturas con las simples prácticas que remiten a sus raíces culturales" ["In the foreword to the book of Hugo Blanco, Nosotros Indios, which goes to great pages in the history of his country up to the hope of the Mexican Chiapas in 1994 , the World Social Forum that opens the millennium in 2001, and into predators meanings and mortifying of neoliberalism actuales- Giarraca Standard describes his work as a sign of strength of the colonial order in the Andean countries but also of the power of these people that always marked trails breaks with simple practices that refer to their cultural roots"]
