Abstract
"El artículo 78 de la Ley de Investigación Biomédica (Ley 14/2007, BOE 7 de Julio de 2007), establece en su apartado 1, entre otras competencias del Comité, «b) Emitir informes, propuestas y recomendaciones sobre materias relacionadas con las implicaciones éticas y sociales de la Biomedicina y Ciencias de la Salud que el Comité considere relevantes». Igualmente, esta competencia se recoge en el Reglamento del Comité" ["Article 78 of the Biomedical Research Act (Law 14/2007, BOE July 7, 2007), provides in paragraph 1 among other powers of the Committee, "b) Issue reports, proposals and recommendations on matters related to the ethical and social implications of Biomedicine and Health Sciences that Committee considers relevant. " Also, this competition is reflected in the Rules of Procedure"]
