Abstract
"I would like put down some assumptions as follows: The law might support, and restrict the system. The concept of medicine or medical treatment might be restricted by the law. I think that it is likely to be able to approach near the central concept of medicine and medical treatment by examining the restrictions. As it were the constitution in the medical treatment the law of Medical Care Law, we might be able to approach the concept of the medical treatment by examining the transition of Medical Care Law. Next, we are going to analyze the concept of "Medicine or medical treatment" from the "Transition of Medical Care Law"."
