Abstract
伦理救助是指运用伦理的手段和方式对社会弱势群体给予心理与生理、物质与精神方面的道 德关怀和帮助，并积极开发救助对象自身的道德资源，提高其自主、自立能力，培养其自 尊、自强的伦理精神，最终使弱势群体摆脱弱势地位的一种社会救助。伦理救助有两个层 面：一是救助手段和方式的伦理化，二是救助内容的伦理化。当前我国社会救助中伦理救助 缺失，应从构建伦理制度、规范救助行为、加强教育支持、强化思想道德教育四个方面加强 弱势群体的伦理救助。 [Ethical relief refers to applying the ethical means and methods to caring and helping social vulnerable groups from psychological and physical, material and spiritual aspects, and-positively develop their own moral resources to enhance their spirit of independence, self-reliance, self-esteem. Ethical relief has two levels: one is the ethical means and method, the other is the ethical content. Now, China defects ethical relief in social rescues. In the end, author puts forward his advice from four aspects to strengthen the ethical relief for the vulnerable groups. ]
