Abstract
建设以法治为基础的社会主义法治国家,构建以公平公正为主要特征的社会主义和 谐社会,要求进一步加强司法人员的司法伦理道德建设,为实现司法公正提供平台。加强司法伦理 道德建设,只有坚持公正、人性、平等、理性等原则,才能使司法人员真正以人为本,实现建设社会 主义法治国家、构建社会主义和谐社会营造民主法治、安定有序的社会环境,树立公平正义、诚信 和谐的社会风气的目标。
