Abstract
伴随着现代化进程以及市场经济进程，中国在社会公正方面取得了诸多进展。 但是，社会公正的具体状况就总体而言不容乐观。如果不对社会公正方面所存在的问题进行强 力度的调整并使之有所改善，那么，在未来的一段时间里，中国在社会公正方面存在的问题将 会呈现出一种不断加重、持续恶化的情形，并会严重妨碍中国社会的安全运行和健康发展。
