Abstract
"Segundo a Organização Mundial da Saúde, “a saúde é um estado de completo bem-estar físico, mental e social, e não somente a ausência de doença ou de mal-estar”: definição em vigor desde 1948 nos países signatários, como o Brasil. Segundo a Constituição desse país, a saúde é um direito do cidadão e um dever do Estado. Portanto se meu médico achar que o preciso de uma psicanálise ou meu bebê de um problemático remédio recentemente descoberto na Inglaterra, aciono meu advogado para que uma sentença judicial obrigue o ministério da saúde a pagar os custos de minhas pretendidas necessidades.
