Abstract
"Estudo com abordagem qualitativa, descritiva, desenvolvido com 4 profissionais da equipe de enfermagem que atuam diretamente no Programa DST/HIV/AIDS. Teve como objetivo identificar os dilemas éticos enfrentados pela equipe de enfermagem atuante no Programa DST/ HIV/AIDS. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevista semiestruturada, após Assinatura do Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido (TCLE). As questões das entrevistas foram dirigidas no sentido de identificar os dilemas éticos vivenciados como profissional atuante do programa em relação aos pacientes, familiares e a própria equipe de saúde e sugestões para o enfrentamento desses problemas. A análise das informações foi realizada pelo processo de categorização dos discursos. Os principais dilemas éticos vivenciados pela equipe de enfermagem referente à temática é alicerçado no sigilo e no preconceito que a AIDS suscita. A AIDS ainda é um tema impactante para os próprios profissionais que atuam diretamente com o paciente, os familiares, a sociedade e a própria equipe. Sugere-se, a partir dos resultados da pesquisa, a capacitação da equipe frente à bioética e AIDS" ["Study with a qualitative, descriptive, approach developed with 4 professionals of the nursing team working in a STD/HIV/AIDS Program. The study aimed at identifying ethical dilemmas faced by the nursing team of a Program STD/HIV/AIDS. Data were obtained by means of a semi-structured interview, after the signing of a Free and Informed Consent Term. The questions of the interviews were directed to identifying ethical dilemmas professionals of the program face as regards patients, relatives and other professionals of the health team, as well as suggestions for solving these problems. Data analysis was done by means of discourse categorization. The main ethical dilemmas faced by the nursing team regarding the subject are due to the secretiveness and the prejudice that HIV/AIDS generates. HIV/AIDS is still a topic having a great impact even in professionals who work directly with patients, relatives, society as well as the health team as a whole. Results show the need of training the team as regards both bioethics and HIV/AIDS"]
