Abstract
从上个世纪90年代前期开始，随着中国经济体制的改变和在这一过程中权金勾结、贫富悬殊 和制度性腐败的日益加剧，社会正义越来越成为思想界的关注点，其中讨论的一个重点便是 分配正义。在讨论中，人们对一些普遍性的正义原则，如 结果的公平 、 机会的平等 和 资源的公平 、 满足需要的公平 、 凭能力致富的公平 等等，表现出很大的兴 趣，也产生了各种争论。这一讨论大大丰富了人们对分配正义所涉及的一些基本问题的 了解。在对正义问题极为陌生的中国，这方面的积极意义是不容轻视的。
