Abstract
The Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics are applicable to all employees of BMS and its subsidiaries on a global basis. Violation of these Standards by any employee can adversely impact BMS. Anyone violating the Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics may be subject to disciplinary action, including, where appropriate and permissible, the termination of employment. Some violations can also subject our company or individual employees to severe penalties, including jail time, civil fines and administrative sanctions.
