Abstract
"O objetivo geral do artigo é demonstrar que as Políticas Públicas no Brasil dependem da participação do setor privado nas fases de planejamento e execução. O contexto brasileiro, com especial ênfase na ordem econômica da Constituição de 1988 traz que o processo de acumulação de riquezas no Brasil depende do Setor Privado e, este, por sua vez, depende da atuação do Estado na organização da economia. Com isso, as Políticas Públicas somente ocorrerão se houver a reprodução desta relação na atuação do Poder Públicas através das Políticas Públicas, ou seja, estas somente terão sucesso se houver a participação da empresa" ["The overall objective of this article is to demonstrate that the Public Policies in Brazil It depends on the participation of the private sector in the stages of planning and execution.
