Abstract
随着科技飞速发展和人类生活方式的急剧改变，科学家由传统社会里的业余活动 者转而成为现代社会里最为耀眼的职业群体，由于科学技术正负效应的存在，他们所承 担的社会责任也愈来愈大。由此，通过社会与科学共同体的努力，建立与之相适应的约 束科学家行为的职业规范，以增强科学家的职业责任感，既是社会发展所必需，也是防 止人类社会出现灾难性后果之必然。 [with the rapidly development of technology and human’s living style,scientists have transferred from amateurs in traditional society into the most shining professionals in modern society.Because of the existing advantages and disadvantages of technology,scientists have to bear more and more pressure.Thus,it is necessiary of building up a set of professional regulations accordingly for scientists in orer to reinforce the puofessional responsibilities of scientists for the sake of social development.It is also necessiary for preventing the outcome of disasters. ]
