Abstract
"O presente texto busca analisar o que vem a ser a educação no pensamento de Kant. A proposta pauta em apresentar uma pedagogia calcada na autodeterminação crítica do indivíduo, instigando o pensar, para que em todas as circunstâncias da vida o sujeito possa eleger o que é correto, justo e bom. Compreende que o homem em Kant é a única criatura que precisa ser educada e que não pode se tornar um verdadeiro homem senão pela educação, pois ele é aquilo que a educação faz dele. Assim, concentrando nesta afirmação de Kant, procuramos compreender as preleções sobre a educação dentro do horizonte da obra “Sobre a Pedagogia”. Nesse sentido, a questão subjacente à investigação resume-se no aporte “Educação para a liberdade – uma perspectiva kantiana”. Nesse panorama, surge a filosofia como pedra de toque para a educação básica do indivíduo, pois a tarefa da filosofia é aquilo que a faz necessária na vida das pessoas, e sua função é ensinar e orientar o homem a deixar de ser bruto e selvagem para se tornar autônomo e civilizado" ["This text tries to analyze education in Kant’s thought. The proposal is to present a pedagogy based on individuals critical self-determination of the individual, inciting him to think so that, in all circumstances of life, the person can choose what is correct, just and good. According to the mentioned proposal, the man in Kant is the only creature needing to be educated, not achieving success in becoming a true man except by means of education, because man is what education does of him. Thus, concentrating us in that statement of Kant’s, we tried to understand the explanations on education in the horizon of the work Pedagogy – A Kantian Perspective. In this domain, the underlying question of the investigation is transformed in the contribution Education for the freedom – a kantian perspective. In that panorama the philosophy emerges as a touchstone for individual basic education, because the task of philosophy is what makes it necessary for the life of people; its function is to teach and to guide man to stop being gross and wild and become an independent and civilized being"]
