"Ante la promulgación de la nueva ley española sobre técnicas de reproducción asistida 45/2003, este artículo pretende hacer algunas valoraciones desde un punto de vista ético moral a la luz de Evangelium vitae n. 73. La exposición trata de analizar sus logros y sus puntos más débiles". ["This article deals with the promulgation of the spanish law 45/2003, on artifi cials assisted reproduction. The article offers several ethical considerations in the light of Evangelium vitae, n. 73, evaluating the law´s archivements as well as its weak points".]
